Meeting opened 4:40pm
Present: Ed, Bess, Florence, Abby, Sithech, Dominego, Maerwyn, Nathanael, Melissa
Nathanael moved to accept previous council meeting minutes. No one read them. Will revisit at next meeting.
Reeve (Florence):
- Old account has been closed
- Ed has access to the new account but can see the other NZ group's info - will follow up with Richard
Captain of Archers (Sithech):
- Trudie to bring loaner gear for Archery from Auckland for Spring Camp & practices.
- Nathanael will contact site for archery
- Florence believes a school might be willing to host us & will follow up
- Will inventory archery gear after Labour weekend
Armoured Combat Marshal (Dominego):
- Li-Hua is now marshal, will follow up
- Fighters practice and fencing practice are continuing
Seneschal (Nathanael):
- Warrant has been extended to February
- Submitted report
Spring Camp
- 70-some bookings, 11 cancellations
- Expenses going out
- Preparations underway
Dumpling Feast
- Can be closed off now, profit of $60-something

Melissa followed up with Hamilton Canvas about impoting canvas (no can do), investigate importing RhinoTuff from Australia |
