Meeting opened 2:34pm
Present: Li-Hua, James, Rudiger, Aleyenora, Florence, Abby, Sithech, Dominego, Bess, Nathanael
Nathanael moved to accept previous council meeting minutes. Dominego Seconded. Passed unanimously.
Reeve (Florence): Account has $10596, plus $195 erroneously paid into the old Cluain bank account.
- Motion: Close the old Cluain account. Nathanael proposed, Florence seconded. Passed unanimously.
- Action: Florence needs to contact the bank to see what needs to be done to close the old account.
- Dominego mentioned he might be able to help with adding Ed to the new account.
- Troubleshooting shared document for Spring Camp still ongoing.
- Still waiting for one outstanding payment for Dumpling Feast. Li-Hua to follow up.
Captain of Archers (Sithech):
- Trudie to bring loaner gear for Archery from Auckland for Spring Camp & practices.
- Action: Nathanael to contact Geoff about running the line at Spring Camp
- Trudie will conduct TAM training at Spring Camp
- Hamilton Archery Range: Chloe will transfer to Sithech contact info.
- Action: Sithech will ask about pricing, interclub agreement, and Range Captain requirements.
Armoured Combat Marshal (Dominego):
- Li-Hua is moving into Marshal roll when we have confirmation from Trudie & Christine.
- Tournament in Auckland 9 armoured combatants, 6 Rapier. Rudiger Alder took won the Armoured Combat tournament, Sympkyn of the Moore won the Rapier tournament.
- Fencing practice is regularly occuring with 3.5 participants a week.
- Li-Hua requested that buisness cards be made available for Rapier practice.
- Demos possible through School.
- Action: Eureka hall bond not recieved back yet. Rudiger will follow up.
- We need a marhsal in charge for SC. Will wait until final bookings are confirmed.
Seneschal (Nathanael): Will finish in February. James will join as deputy seneschal until then, if we get a positive response from Ildhafn.
Spring Camp
- 45 bookings, but 5 adults and 2 children self-catering.
- Anticipating 50 participants or so.
- Motion: Bess proposed $2500 advance to Spring Camp event stewards for food & incidentals. Dominego seconded. Passed unanimously.
General Buisness
- $770 for 7 rolls of 350m 4mm cord proposed by Nathanael. Rudiger seconds. Approved unanimously.
- Nathanael to inform Iarnulfr and request invoice.
- Dominego to pickup - next weekend Sat/Sun at the Darton end of month event if we get stuff actioned in time.

Melissa followed up with Hamilton Canvas about impoting canvas (no can do), investigate importing RhinoTuff from Australia |
