A&S (Sitheach)
• Interest in music-specific collegium expressed at Summer Event
• Trudy (from Ildhafn) is looking at an event next year for marshal-specific activities
• Reminder sent out about A&S competition, and competition to be advertised with St. Sebs
Reeve (absent)
• Advertised new reeve position
• Most people who might fill the role are disqualified
• Need to send out another reminder
Seneshal (Nathanael)
• Term is up in about 6-9 months, need to start advertising for a deputy
Events
• Ed has sent through a bid for St Sebastians. Nathanael moves to accept the event bid, Sitheach seconds. Passed unanimously.
Other business:
• Reviewed actions from previous meetings. Need to check some items against bank account statements
• Canvas – followed up with Dartonites about canvas, got information about suppliers. Our immediate needs are ~0.5 roll. Iarnulf is interested in up to 2 rolls. Will check in with Sympkin. Options to move old canvas down to Canterbury Faire. Could use remaining half of roll for walls. Melissa to follow up with Sympkin about getting invoice for canvas, potentially organising larger order across NI & SI SCA groups.
• Saga wants to borrow awning on 11 May for wedding. Nathanael motions for the club to allow Saga to borrow the awning. Dominego seconds. Passed unanimously.
• Bringing canvas down to CF encampment. Dominego proposes to bring the group’s canvas down to Canterbury Faire. Nathanael seconds. Passed unanimously.
• Hamilton Gardens demo is going to be on March???
• Waldorf School likely to also have their event in March (date TBD in new year)
• Craft night on 30 November at Wineberry Cottage starting at 4:00pm
• No meeting in December. Will have a meeting in January. To be hosted at Rudiger and Aleyenora’s place.
