                Outgoing:            1770.01

                Profit                     114.99

Waiting for all reimbursements to be completed, a small profit even though we had planned for the event to run at a loss

if the steward and event cooks had been given free entry this would not have been the case

interest was greater than anticipated in coming to the day events and not staying for the feast

Overall was a good venue - one that has not been used by Cluain in the past, will consider it as an option for future events

Lots of pewter was used at Have a go day, Dave Whitby to purchase replacement and submit receipt

Things that worked:

Crafts - small items that can be completed on the day and taken away - pewter tokens and single choir small books

Archery - a little bit to far away for the rest of the event but popular

Rapier - generated interst with simple lessons

Heavy demo - seemed to be intimadating to attendees, lots of interest in the armour itself

Boffer - very popular

Music - well received

Dance - popular

Bid for labour weekend submitted

Slight increase in costs as this is anticipated to be a royal event
