Officer Reports

Reeve - Nate

Cluain’s bank account is approximately at $5,547.00 The sign-in sheet for the Collegium has been received. Money for Labour Weekend is coming in. The US-NZ treaty law has been located, to post a link/copy to Council list.

Marshal - Roger

Fighters practice continues as time and weather permits. A new fighter has been coming along. An ex-SCA member gifted their old armour which will give us three sets of loaner armour.

A&S - Michelle

Collegium went ahead and was well received by those that attended. The financial report is attached, with the event making a small profit of $43.42. Am looking to expand on the number of people running A&S workshops for next year.

Chatelaine - Netty

No report received.

Herald - Trent

No report received.

Webminister - Melissa

Admin privileges have been sorted. The capacity to do vector graphics has been set up.

Seneschal - Michelle

The financial report for the Tavern Night is attached, with the event making a profit of $34.81. Both the Collegium and Tavern Night events were successful and enjoyed by those who attended. Unfortunately with the Showing Waikato Venue, two people were unable to climb the two flights of stairs and couldn’t attend so I am reluctant to use it again as a result. Would like to see two ‘day’ events run next year which provide more chances for newcomers to come and see what we do.

Action: Liz to submit costs of purchasing 10 metres of 10 mop silk and silk paints for Group banners. To look at getting brushes, squeeze bottles, storage container(s) as required.

Cluain awning to be borrowed for Ildhafn encampment area at Canterbuy Faire 2020.

Next Hastilude: 19 October 2019, at Braythwayte Manor, Hamurana, Rotorua. Opens 9am for Labour weekend setup.

Meeting Closed: 3:03 pm
