Seneschal’s Report - Michelle
Waldorf School is holding their annual Medieval Faire on 31 March 2019.
Carol to send site map showing our location so we can organise how we will set up for the event.
Will set up in the Village area, rather than splitting into two, as it is more centrally located this year. Will do various activities based around a village setup. Showcases what we do and provides some activities for the public to participate in, which will provide fundraising for the school and ourselves. Providing Boffer for the children to participate in has been very popular previously, will likely run this again. The Wulfling Household will be attending and providing archery based activities.
St Sebastians
David and Sue will be setting up the weekend before the event. Helpers are most welcome.
Currently 60 people have booked.
There is a partial fire ban, therefore, cooking over an open fire is not an option.
Next Meeting to be confirmed via Council list, due to St Sebastians occurring on the same weekend. To be held via Discord on a week night starting @ 7:45pm, in the week following St Sebastians.
