Please fill out a separate form for every person attending the event, including each child or infant.

Leave blank if you haven't chosen an SCA name, or don't have a different name that you use for re-enactment events.

You can attend the event without your parents or legal guardians, but you need a Nominated Caregiver (an adult on site who is willing to be responsible for you in case of emergency).

The SCANZ policy on participation by Children and Young Persons has details about participation by those under 18.

Booking type
This is your event fee.
Let us know here which day you're arriving. The cost is the same whether you leave the same day or stay overnight and leave within 24hs from when you arrived
Payment
Direct deposit into Cluain's bank account is preferred. The payment by cash option is only for overseas visitors or those unable to pay by direct deposit.
If you'll be paying for several people at once, please list them.
Accommodation

Please let us know if you will be camping in a period tent or a modern tent.

We would love you to come to our event. We have a couple of bedrooms available in the house which we can allocate to people on a priority basis as determined by the steward. If you would like to be considered for one of the bedrooms please explain your reasons so that we can make a fair decision. Such allocations may change as bookings come in. Even if you are initially allocated a room it cannot be guaranteed until closer to the event.

We will have 2/3 rooms available in our modern tent and our medieval pavilion is also available for a family or group of friends.

We will erect both the tent and pavilion but you will be responsible for taking them down at the end of the event. You will need to provide your own camp mat and sleeping bag.

Tent hire fee = possibly an extra chore if there are more chores than people attending. We try to keep it to one chore per person if we can.
